We partner with assisted living communities, nursing homes, adult family care homes, and group homes to provide professional, on-site foot care that supports both residents and staff. Our goal is to enhance comfort, prevent complications, and help residents maintain their mobility and independence as long as possible.

Our team is experienced in working with diverse populations, including individuals with dementia, chronic illness, or limited mobility. We provide care with sensitivity, patience, and respect—always adapting to the unique needs of each person and setting.

 

How it works

A registered nurse certified through the American Foot Care Nurses Association comes to the facility on a set schedule and sees residents individually. Facility staff or a resident’s family can request an appointment; we work with the facility’s care coordinator to confirm timing and any medical information we need beforehand.

 

What’s included

Each visit covers a foot and nail exam, trimming and filing, callus and corn removal, and a check for infection, poor circulation, or skin breakdown, with sterile instruments for every resident. We commonly see residents managing diabetes, vascular disease, or limited mobility in facility settings, and we flag anything that needs a physician’s attention right away.

 

Setting up recurring visits

Most facilities schedule us on a recurring basis, commonly every 6 to 8 weeks, so residents get consistent care without leaving the building. Ask about our facility membership program if you’re coordinating care for multiple residents or want a standing schedule in place.
